Using fiberglass and other composite materials, we have created shutter systems that add grace and beauty without any of the maintenance that is associated with traditional wooden or aluminum exterior shutters.NEW FOR 2012, we wanted to make a more affordable product that was easier to install and still fully functional. Our new decorative grade bahama and colonial style shutters are all fiberglass components. While our competitors' products, which use pvc or vinyl, tend to sag and warp due to temperature variations, our hollow fiberglass louvers can withstand higher and lower temperatures without unsightly warping. In addition, the hollow louver shutter weighs 40% less than our solid louver product. This decorative product is still a custom made, two sided, custom painted, fully functional shutter with appropriate hardware which more importantly will last a lifetime.
